At Elite Apparel Printing, we take great pride in producing high-quality custom apparel. Because each item is made to order, our return and refund policy reflects the unique nature of custom manufacturing. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. CUSTOM ORDERS – GENERAL POLICY

All products produced by Elite Apparel Printing are custom-made to order. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer's remorse or a change of mind
  • Items ordered in the wrong size, color, or style where the correct information was submitted at checkout
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Because production begins promptly after an order is placed and payment is confirmed, cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately. Cancellation requests submitted before production begins will be honored; those submitted after production has started may not be eligible for a refund.

2. MISPRINTS & PRODUCTION DEFECTS

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you receive an item with a verifiable misprint or production defect caused by Elite Apparel Printing, you may be eligible for a free replacement or a full refund.

Qualifying defects include:

  • Significant print misalignment (more than 0.5 inch off-center from the approved proof)
  • Incorrect ink colors compared to the approved digital proof
  • Fading, cracking, or peeling of print within 30 days of delivery under normal use
  • Stitching errors, fabric defects, or garment damage caused during production

To file a defect claim:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, a clear photo of the defect, and a brief description.
  3. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.

Approved claims will receive a full replacement at no charge or a refund to the original payment method, at our discretion.

3. WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered (wrong garment style, wrong size per your order, or wrong design), we will correct the error at no cost to you.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item(s) received
  • A description of the discrepancy

We will ship the correct item(s) as quickly as possible. Return shipping for wrong-item errors is covered by Elite Apparel Printing.

4. SIZING ISSUES

Because all garments are made to order, we strongly encourage customers to consult the size chart provided on each product listing before placing an order.

Sizing exchanges are not available for custom-printed garments once a garment has been printed, unless:

  • The item delivered does not match the size you selected at checkout, OR
  • A sizing defect is present in the garment itself (e.g., the garment is mislabeled or does not conform to the manufacturer's stated dimensions)

If your delivered size does not match your order, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos. We will replace the item at no cost.

We recommend ordering a size up if you are between sizes, as most of our garments are designed for a standard fit.

5. CUSTOMER-UPLOADED ARTWORK – ACCURACY & RESPONSIBILITY

Elite Apparel Printing will reproduce customer-supplied artwork as closely as possible to the file provided. However, the customer bears full responsibility for the accuracy, quality, and content of uploaded artwork, including:

  • Spelling, grammar, and text accuracy
  • Image resolution and print quality (minimum 300 DPI recommended)
  • Color accuracy (note: on-screen colors may differ slightly from printed results due to monitor calibration and ink variation)
  • Design placement as specified at the time of order
  • Rights and permissions for any logos, images, or trademarks used

Elite Apparel Printing is not liable for printing errors that result from low-resolution files, incorrect file formats, or customer-approved proofs. A digital proof will be provided upon request. Production begins upon proof approval. If you do not respond to a proof request within 3 business days, we reserve the right to proceed using the original file as submitted.

We reserve the right to decline any order containing artwork that is offensive, obscene, or potentially infringing on third-party intellectual property rights.

6. NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS

For custom bulk orders, large-format projects, or orders requiring significant design work, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking.

This deposit covers:

  • Design setup and mockup creation
  • Material sourcing and pre-production preparation
  • Administrative processing

Non-refundable deposits will not be returned if:

  • The customer cancels the order after production preparation has begun
  • The customer fails to provide required artwork, approvals, or payment within the agreed timeline
  • The customer is dissatisfied with a product that was produced according to the approved proof

In cases of a verified production defect or wrong item received, the deposit will be applied toward the replacement order.

7. RETURN WINDOWS SUMMARY

All claims must be submitted in writing within the applicable window. Claims submitted after the stated window will not be honored.

8. SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

Shipping damage: If your order arrives damaged due to carrier mishandling, photograph the damaged packaging and items and contact us within 7 days. We will file a claim with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund.

Lost packages: If tracking shows a package as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier. Elite Apparel Printing is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs except in cases of production defects, wrong items, or size mismatches caused by our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Elite Apparel Printing is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

9. REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
