Welcome! By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following terms.
WHAT WE DO
We create custom-printed apparel using DTF (direct-to-film) printing and in-house design services. Every item is made specifically for you.
PLACING AN ORDER
• Orders are confirmed once you receive an email from us.
• Production starts quickly after payment, so contact us right away if you need to make a change or cancel.
• For some orders, we'll send a digital proof before printing. Please review it carefully — once you approve it, we print it as shown. If we don't hear back within 3 business days, we'll move forward with your original file.
YOUR ARTWORK
When you upload a design, you're responsible for:
• Spelling, text, and design accuracy
• Using high-resolution files (300 DPI or higher recommended)
• Owning or having permission to use any logos, images, or graphics in your design
We print what you send us. We're not responsible for issues caused by low-quality files or errors in customer-submitted artwork.
We reserve the right to decline any order with content we consider offensive, unlawful, or infringing.
PRICING & PAYMENT
• All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
• We accept all major credit/debit cards and other available payment methods.
• For large or custom bulk orders, a non-refundable deposit (25–50%) may be required before we begin.
SHIPPING
• Production typically takes 3-5 business days before we ship.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• Please double-check your shipping address — we're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Because every item is made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selected, or customer errors in submitted artwork. We will fix our mistakes — if your item has a production defect, misprint, or is the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. See our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
YOUR CONTENT & OURS
• You keep ownership of your designs. By submitting artwork, you give us permission to use it to fulfill your order.
• All content we create (our logo, website, designs) belongs to us.
• We may photograph finished orders for our portfolio or social media. Let us know at the time of ordering if you'd prefer we don't.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY
We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. If something goes wrong, our maximum responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes will be handled in Colquitt County, Georgia. Please reach out to us first — we'd rather resolve things directly.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site means you accept any changes.
