PRODUCTION TIME
Every order is custom-made just for you. Before we ship, your item needs to be printed and quality-checked. Most orders are ready to ship within 3 business days after your order is confirmed.
Please note: production time is separate from shipping transit time. Holidays and high-volume periods may add extra days.
SHIPPING TIME & METHODS
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Estimated shipping times:
• Standard Shipping: Total Estimated Delivery 5-7 Business days (includes 1-2 days for production time
• Expedited Shipping: (available at checkout for an additional fee) includes 1-2 days for production time
We ship via USPS — or whichever carrier offers the best rate for your location
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our current promotions.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use that number on the carrier's website to follow your package in real time.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We ship to the address provided at checkout and are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, you may be charged to reship it.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Lost package: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you didn't receive your order, contact us within 7 days. We'll work with the carrier to investigate.
Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and the item, then contact us within 7 days. We'll file a claim with the carrier and get you a replacement or refund.

We currently ship within the United States only.
